SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

DUWE ships to all countries within the EU, and Norway. For shipments to other countries please contact info (at) duwe.se and we will do our best to help you get your dream kaftan.

All shipping costs will be specified in the purchase order so that the cost is clearly visible to you prior to completing the order.

DUWE uses PostNord for all shipments.

Free standard shipping within Sweden, € 8 for EU and € 12 for Norway.

Normally the time of delivery within Sweden is 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) after DUWE has accepted and confirmed your order.

For international shipments, delivery times are normally within two weeks.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You are always entitled to return your items within 15 days from the time of delivery.

Please note that DUWE will not refund shipping cost for returns and exchanges.

To exchange an item bought online, please return the item and place a new order online.

For the return to be accepted the returned items must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact and tags still attached. This does not apply if the items were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.

DUWE will repay the price of the item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 15 days from the date the item was returned and received by us.

The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card. 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We work hard to avoid damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item despite this is damaged or otherwise defective, we will replace your item with a new sample of the item in question, if a new one is available. If a new item is not available, you will be refunded the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item was part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded.

You are asked always to examine your received products at the time of delivery and as soon as possible to report any deviations from your order to us.

DUWE refunds your shipping cost for damaged products if you mail a copy of the receipt.

We will refund you as soon as possible, at the latest within 15 days from the date DUWE receives the returned item, and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective.

HOW TO RETURN

To complete a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Fill in the provided returns note enclosed in your delivery.
  2. Put the items you wish to return in an appropriate parcel (for environmental reasons preferably the box and bag you got with your delivery).
  3. Place the return note inside the parcel and attach an address label;

and hand in at your shipping agent within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us.

Please make sure the parcel is sent with an insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment. DUWE is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. 

RECEIVING A REFUND

The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

PACKAGES RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE

If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items as well as the returned order.
